Yoga

  • Vinyasa is the style of Yoga I was trained in. Vinyasa connects the yoga movements with your breath and can be fast paced, however, I like to adjust the pace of our class with pauses depending on the individuals in front of me and the energy of the environment around us. I always incorporate Mindfulness into my yoga.

  • Contact to book a 60 minute yoga class with me over google meet or in person.

    You can book a 1:1 session or gather a group. In person will require good outdoor weather or for you to provide an indoor space.

    Your yoga class will be individualized and personalized to you or your groups present moment needs and the energy of the world around us.

  • Sliding Scale:

    Benefactor: $40 person

    Sustaining: $25 per person

    Base: $15 per person

    Scholarship: $5 or less per person

    *Minimal $40 total
