Meet Rebecca

I’m Rebecca — a high school teacher, mindfulness practitioner, and coach.

I didn’t come to this work because life was calm. I came to it because I was overwhelmed, over-responsible, and quietly losing myself.

Through meditation, deep self-examination, and years of working with young people in transition, I learned something powerful:

You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need to feel steady enough to be yourself.

My background in mindfulness and education informs everything I do — but this work isn’t about sitting on a cushion. It’s about regulating in real time. Setting real boundaries. Making decisions you can stand behind. Living deliberately instead of reactively.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice. It can be effective alone, but nothing compares to having a teacher guide you to begin your practice and through the constant flow of life transitions.

Yoga

Yoga is like meditation in movement. Through somatic proprioception we can begin to move our big and small traumas through the body to become more in alignment in mind, body, and soul.

Reiki

Reiki is vital life force energy. We all have Reiki within us. As a Reiki Practitioner I use intention and my focused awareness practice to help guide the energy to just where it is most needed for you
