Yoga integration and fascia movements are an option either included in the content or at additional charge depending on the level of content you are looking for.

Scholarship: $50 or less
A practice such as mindfulness is most beneficial when repeated, when you book multiple sessions you will receive a 10% discount for every 4 sessions you book.
