What could Mindfulness do for You?

My son’s anxiety went away almost completely and we have had almost no issue with it since. For real. We all agree that her lessons equipped my teenager with the tools he needed to navigate the crazy emotions that come at that age and we have noticed an incredible change in him mindfully managing that. It has brought the temperature of our interactions with him down significantly when things get a bit heated. We have noticed such positive changes in how our kids deal with their lived outside of our home as well. I, personally, have felt like I have greatly benefited in many ways too. My husband and I loved the yoga aspect so much, that we have gone on to integrate our own practice into our daily lives. We have really noticed how it has made a positive change in us, both mentally and physically.
